My collection is available to buy using secure payment system PAYPAL with free UK delivery - you don't need to have a paypal account to purchase.
What is PAYPAL and how does it work?
Every piece is individually made so we will endeavour to copy any design you see in the gallery, as each piece is handcrafted there will always be slight variations in the finished piece.
Delivery -
We will try to deliver within a week of receiving payment however depending on stock delivery may take up to 28 days.

Returns Policy of above ranges: - If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please email jane@janeshawjewellery.co.uk or call 07970628225. Please order number, name, address, telephone number and email address. If we receive your cancellation before your order is processed, we will give you a full refund including postage and packaging charges. However if we receive your cancellation after we have processed your order, you will need to return the item to us for a refund excluding postage and packing charges.
Money Back Guarantee:- Any item (except earrings) can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. Due to health and safety legislation, earrings can only be returned if faulty. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will only refund the original postage and packaging cost if the item is faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and, since we can only refund items that are safely returned, we recommend that you send it with adequate postal insurance and signed for delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return items to us: - If you decide to return an item to us it must be returned within 14 days in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please include your name, address and the reason you are returning the item and send the item to:-
